Students must have attended one year of regular Faith Formation class (typically 1st grade) before enrolling in current year regular class (typically 2nd grade) and First Reconciliation / First Communion preparation sessions. 

IMPORTANT: students in grades 3-6 who have not made their First Communion must attend two years of monthly Family Catechesis classes. 

The first year they will participate in regular monthly class. 

The second year they will participate in regular monthly class and attend sacramental preparation sessions. They will receive their sacraments in the second year.

There is a required parent/student meeting on Sunday, October 5, 2025 at St. Anne Church in Ortonville. Parents and students attend 10:30am Mass followed by an orientation session in Hardy Hall until 12:30pm.
