Active membership is a pre-requisite for the Sacraments of Initiation (Baptism, Confirmation, and First Eucharist) and the Sacrament of Marriage.

If you are interested in become a registered member of the St. Daniel parish family, please complete the form below and a registration form will be sent to you.

At Mass you may also ask one of the ushers for a  registration packet.  At home, at your leisure, you may fill out the registration form and return it to the parish.
 

NOTE: If you are not registered at St. Daniel, but are requesting a sacrament of initation here, please obtain a letter of permission from your pastor to verify active membership in your respective faith community.
