During Lent, we will be journeying through the “Five Weeks of Giving” together. We will be accepting donations of NEW items to benefit our brothers and sisters in need.
Each weekend, there is a different “theme,” as listed below.
Simply bring the requested items to Mass each weekend and place in the brown food bins just inside the church doors. (The exception would be for the weekend of March 15/16; check out details below.)
Lightweight sleepers (3, 6, 9 mos.)
Short sleeved Onesies (0-3 mos.)
Crib sheets
Burp cloths and bibs
Receiving blankets
This historic parish in downtown Pontiac is a beacon of hope for those most in need, providing for their spiritual and material needs.
In January, their heating system died and must be replaced. The cost, over $230,000, is out of reach.
Grab a special envelope and enclose a check (payable to St. Daniel Parish) or cash, then place envelope in the offertory basket, the wooden church in the gathering space, or drop off at the Parish Office. You can also click HERE to give securely online.

How about committing to $1 a day for the 40 days of Lent to help the “least” among us:
The family who is facing eviction or utility shut-off?
The single mom whose car broke down and now she’s unable to get to work?
The parents who are struggling to put food on the table?
Your $40 donation will help our St. Daniel St. Vincent de Paul Conference help our neighbors in need. Click graphic to support the good work that our SVdP Conference does!
