This means that instead of watching a recorded version of the Mass, you can join in while it's being celebrated. We plan to livestream the 5:00 p.m. Vigil (Saturday) Mass and the 11:00 a.m. Sunday Mass each week. We also will be livestreaming Holy Week and other special liturgies.
Since our video is housed on YouTube, the easiest way to watch the livestreamed Masses is by visiting our channel at
https://www.youtube.com/c/StDanielParish. You will need to click on the “Live” tab right before the 5:00 p.m. or 11:00 a.m. Mass or other service. You can even subscribe to and receive notifications from our channel about new videos.
Once a specific “stream” (Mass) has ended, the visibility will change from “Public” to “Unlisted.” So if you can’t watch live at the time of Mass, you will need a link to view the footage. That link will continue to be sent out to parishioners via Flocknote, our mass communication platform. See the next post for more about Flocknote!
