If you have a group of family or friends that you would like to invite to this special evening, you can sign up to be a table host/hostess!

Our tables seat eight, and the host(ess) provides:

• Round tablecloth (can be cloth or plastic, but since we are celebrating Advent, the proper liturgical color is PURPLE).
• Advent wreath and candles
• Place settings to include:
  • Dessert plate
  • Silverware or plasticware
  • Water glass
  • Coffee cup/saucer or mug
  • Napkin
• Wine, beer, or soft drinks
  • Host(ess) keeps chilled and provides appropriate glasses
• OPTIONAL items:
  • Speciality creamers and sugar/sweetener (will also be on coffee bar)
  • Carafes/pitchers to be filled with water and coffee prior to the beginning of the program
  • Other table decorations, small gifts for your guests, etc.

You may set up and decorate your table on Sunday, December 3, between 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m., or when the Cushing Center is re-opened at 5:30 p.m. that evening.

We ask that all tables be fully set and decorated by 6:30 p.m.; hosts and hostesses should be present at that time to welcome their guests as they arrive.

If you have been invited to join a hosted table, please choose "Join a Hosted Table" below, then indicate the name of your host(ess) on the registration form below. That helps us to match you up with the correct table.

There will also be open seating tables for those attendees not at a hosted table. Simply choose "Join an Open Seating Table" below and we'll match you up!
