On Friday, January 22, the Church in the United States observes the annual “Day of Prayer for the Legal Protection of Unborn Children,” a day set aside to praise and thank God for the gift of life and to ask for protection for each sacred human life.
Join us at Mass that day at 8:30 a.m. for special readings and prayers. Or devote some time to pray a Holy Hour; the church will be open until noon, and special prayer materials will be available.

You’re invited to pray for respect for life in a special way during a novena called 9 Days for Life, which starts January 21.

Our parish Knights of Columbus will be praying the 9 Days for Life novena each evening at 7:00 p.m. via Zoom.

All parishioners and families are invited to join the St. Daniel and Our Lady of the Lakes Knights of Columbus at a Life Chain on Sunday, January 24, between 2:00 and 3:30 p.m. on Dixie Highway in front of Neiman’s Market.
Signage will be provided. Dress warm!
